Account Manager Location
Camille holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the IESEG business school in Lille.
Her studies took her to Ireland, the United States, Mexico, where she first worked as a real estate agent, and Australia.
She began her career in the fashion industry as a purchasing manager at Camaïeu International, then became responsible for commercial strategy to promote the work of a Belgian designer.
During the few years she spent developing the brand’s reputation and sales, she also made her first real estate acquisitions herself.
It was through these personal experiences that she discovered a real passion for the real estate sector, and began her career with OwnerSide, a young company that she was keen to develop both commercially and strategically.
Managing director
Olivier studied at Louvain-la-Neuve and holds a degree in Marketing & Communication.
After 7 years in an agency promoting and distributing Belgian and foreign films, he moved to Paris to work in the Cinemas Programming department of the Cannes Film Festival’s Marché du Film.
Back in Brussels, and after a spell in the banking sector, he worked for 5 years in the syndic and management department of a real estate agency.
During this period, Olivier completed his IPI training and obtained his aggregation number for both columns (broker & syndic).
He will work for another 3 years for one of Brussels’ leading property managers, where he will consolidate his experience in management and technical monitoring, before taking over the management of OwnerSide, a company specializing in the management of private real estate assets, in 2019.

Outside work, swimming, the culinary, musical, literary and visual arts punctuate her free time.

Account Manager Management
David studied accountancy at the Chambre Belge des Comptables (C.B.C.), graduating in 2008.
He studied at night school, worked as a stretcher-bearer and then worked for almost 17 years in the bailiffs’ business as a manager in charge of third-party accounting for the commercial department.
His training and experience make him a person for whom rigor and precision are a leitmotiv.
David has a brick in his belly and likes to manage property like a good father, which is why he was naturally attracted to Ownerside, which is, as its name suggests, close to the owners.
