Safae began her career in real estate, where she worked for 5 years with passion and determination. She then broadened her expertise by turning to the commercial field, developing her sales skills over a year and a half.

Olivier
Managing director
Olivier studied at Louvain-la-Neuve and holds a degree in Marketing & Communication.
After 7 years working at an agency that promotes and distributes Belgian and foreign films,
he moved to Paris to work at the Cinema Programming department of the Cannes Film
Festival.
Back in Brussels, and after a spell in the banking sector, he worked for 5 years in the syndic and management department of a real estate agency. During this period, Olivier completed his IPI training and obtained his aggregation number for both columns (broker & syndic).
He subsequently spent another 3 years working for one of Brussels#39; largest property
managers, where he consolidated his experience in management and technical monitoring,
before taking over the management of OwnerSide, a company that specialises in the
management of private property assets, in 2019.
Enthusiastic, friendly and attentive to landlords#39; needs, Olivier is a reliable and committed
professional partner.
Olivier speaks French and English.
David
Account Manager Management
David studied accounting at the Chambre Belge des Comptables (C.B.C.) and graduated in
2008,
taking evening classes whilst initially working as a paramedic. He then spent the next
17 years working at the commercial department of a bailiff’s firm as a manager responsible
for the third-party accounts.
His training and experience mean he is punctilious and exact in his approach to work.
David is very interested in homes and enjoys managing property like a bonus pater familias,
which is why he was naturally attracted to OwnerSide, which – as its name suggests – is all
about serving property owners and landlords.
